If a facility is cited specifically for a missing or incomplete document in a file we built, and the error was ours, we refund our fee for that employee's file and correct it at no charge.

Is this an HR company?
No. We don't run payroll, administer benefits, or handle hiring decisions. We handle one specific, high-stakes piece: the employee file a surveyor pulls.
What if I only hire a few people a year?
The $99/mo retainer still covers renewal tracking and quarterly audits on your existing staff. You only pay the per-hire rate in months you actually hire.
Do you work with facilities outside Texas?
Right now we're built specifically around Texas HHSC Chapter 553 and Chapter 558 — that's where the checklist and pricing are calibrated. Reach out if you're outside Texas and we'll let you know if we can help.
How fast can you get an existing facility caught up?
