If a survey turns up a citation — any citation, not just personnel files — you have a narrow window to respond. We'll help you draft the Plan of Correction, written the way a surveyor expects to see it, from someone who writes these for a living.
If a facility is cited specifically for a missing or incomplete document in a file we built, and the error was ours, we refund our fee for that employee's file and correct it at no charge.
We don't guarantee against every possible survey finding — nobody honestly can. What we guarantee is the one thing we're actually responsible for: the file itself.
